Hi! It’s Beth here. Yes, that is a picture of me above with my precious daughter. In her creativity, she took this picture and I just had to use it for such a moment as this.
I’ve been working with individuals, couples, and families for 9+ years in a variety of settings. With a focus of addiction, trauma, codependency, women’s issues, and history of abuse, I work with clients to uncover the roots of their pain in order to bring about healing. Together we work toward your goals by identifying patterns and themes from your history. Change happens when the pain of remaining the same is bigger and greater than the pain of change. Clients come to see me when they need and want relief from their unhealthy, debilitating patterns of behavior that are rooted in the family in which they were raised. Pain can really motivate us to make healthy changes in our lives. Therapy provides clarity and resolution to those pain points.
I am dedicated to helping you find that healing path for yourself. I help you find your voice, speak your truth, and gain perspective of your history. You deserve so much more than talk therapy. I am not just going to sit and talk with you over video, phone or email. I am going to guide your process by incorporating action-oriented techniques that might include music, art, creativity, and props which allows space to move from the 'thinking mind' to the 'feeling heart' where the healing process takes place.
I am here to help you unearth your greatness so that you can achieve your true desires and become the best version of you that you can be.
In addition, I am licensed in both North Carolina and Tennessee providing services to those in both states. I am also a consultant therapist to the nationally recognized Onsite Workshops and have been greatly honored to be apart of this life-changing organization.
I practice out of my home office located in Fayetteville, NC where I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and son. Here I provide video, phone, and email counseling.
